The Bistro is a small restaurant, situated in the centre of the old market town of Devizes, producing imaginative, yet moderately priced, meals. It is defined mostly by the quality of its "naturally balanced" cuisine, which is served in an informal setting where diners can relax and take pleasure in the food and wine.
