Rediscover real cooking at our independent restaurant in the heart of Devizes, Wiltshire where Chef/patron Peter Vaughan has developed his naturally balanced style of cooking.


This incorporates using the best local produce and including ethically traded and unrefined ingredients where possible.  The Bistro pay close attention to ecological issues that help sustain the planet, as well providing delicious 'body friendly' food.

  

The Cookery School classes are run in small groups, providing hands-on experience and incorporating the naturally balanced cooking style.
